Good article BL. This is one of the first things I look for after a blowout in the playoffs.
any thoughts or info on teams that go down 3-0.........like Dallas.....Mavs at home but do they pack it in or come to play. figured they would bounce bakc in game 3 but was wrong on that one!
We used Oklahoma City yesterday. Traditionally teams in an 0-3 hole fare poorly in this round. Our thinking was Dallas had their glory the previous season and they knew they weren't going to win the series. No need to extend if you don't have the confidence. It worked out for us this time but you have to put the character of the trailing team into your thought process. Dallas played tentative all season so we thought they would fold.
The flip/flop theory holds a lot better credibility the further u get into playoffs after some of the weaker 1st round teams have been weeded out, from what i've gathered over the past several years...:.Shaker had a trend on teams going down 0-3 in playoffs lost 71% of the time in game 4 and the team that was 3-0 was like 60% ATS as well(those percentage numbers aren't entirely accurate, but I get the idea, jus done quote me on that:)....

Zig Zag Theory can also be used at Las Vegas Buffets....Zig with one Plate of Meats...then Zag with a plate of desserts...then Zig with a plate of Seafood....then Zag with another plate of desserts...LOL
Good read Bryan...

Bryan,
Good article and isn't the zig-zag theory already baked into the line? I think there are choice spots where it does offer value but I would be interested in hearing more of your toughts.
Please advise. Thank you.

If its that popular it is....or will be. You have to catch that wave and ride it on out.....when it dies down....gotta find another.
But hey once it becomes unpopular (like when people start losin they ass on it) you can probably sneak back on later. So keep it in your book for on down tha road.
