Aaron Bruski joins the show to take a look at the upcoming NBA playoffs.
Starting with the Spurs/ Clipps series, which should be the best series of round 1. The Spurs have won 20 of 24, while the Clipps have won 14 of 15. Do the Clipps have the depth to hang with the Spurs? Aaron states no they don't. Leonard will be a tough matchup for the Clipps and they don't have a great home court advantage in this series. Aaron is all over the Clipps here. He does feel that there could be concern on the side of the Spurs after they blew a shot at 2nd seed in the west on the last game of the season and they haven't won titles in consecutive years. Still Aaron feels that they have a switch they can turn on at anytime, plus he would have more concerns with the Clippers than the spurs, especially with the depth issue.
Aaron also feels that Dallas has a shot at upsetting Houston in there series, but the Key is Rajon Rondo, because you just don't know what to expect from him. Still Dallas may have matchup edges in this one, especially if Beverly doesn't play for Houston. He just can't see laying 5-5.5 with an inconsistent Houston squad here and he does feel that the series will go 7 games.
Out of Milwaukee, Brooklyn and New Orleans can any of those teams win more than 2 games in a series. Aaron feels that Milwaukee may have the best shot, because Chicago has been know to take nights off. Brooklyn and New Orleans.. No.
Can Boston make noise vs Cleveland? Aaron states he would be comfortable riding the Celts through the playoffs (taking points), but doesn't expect them to win it. He feels that Boston has some nice matchups and feels that they can push the Celtics here.
Aaron states that Conley will play for Memphis, but he will not be close to 100% and they need him to be. They are not even sure he will last the whole series. They have no offense if they don't have Mike in there and they also have no plan B should he miss time.
