Hey Crew –
After taking the weekend off, we are looking to right the ship from what’s been an abysmal 2015 to date. Last night we cashed the UNDER in the Pro Bowl & today we turn our attention to today’s plays. We’re just a few weeks away from the NBA All-Star game, and so I thought I would send a refresher on our NBA futures and see how we’re doing. Everything is tracking along REALLY well, with the exception of Nuggets OVER 42.5 wins. But the other 3, EVEN the 76ers are looking promising. As for the “To Win the East/West”, I REALLY like where the Cavs are headed (we could have got more value waiting) but the others we are all ahead of the market by anywhere from 200-600!
To the futures, let’s Add These:
- To Win West – OKC Thunder +950 (sportsbook.ag & +700 Bovada), 1.5* to win $1,425.
And we will continue to watch the WARRIORS…they are +200-+300 right now. I’m hoping they hit a skid and we can get +500 or +400 to win the West, and we will lock that in too. But for now, just add the OKC Thunder as I see them getting right REAL quick and they will be a hassle this year, in addition to their odds INCREASING as they continue to improve their record!
10/14 Released NBA Futures:
- To Win East - Cavs -115, 2*
- To Win East - Wizards +1,400 - (again looking for them to make postseason, and we hedge). 1.5*
- To Win West Rockets +1400, 1.5*
- To Win NBA Championship - Clippers +1,000, 2*
- Nuggets OVER 42.5 wins, 2*
- Jazz OVER 25.5 wins, 2*
- 76ers OVER 15.5 wins, 1*
- Cavs UNDER 58.5 wins, 2*
One from tonight’s card:
- Orlando/Memphis UNDER 204.5, 1.5* - I look for Memphis to control the ball tonight, slowing down the Magic, and they won’t both drop 100. Too many points, and this is the only line I wish we got on earlier. #s vary from 205 to 204, so I’m releasing 204.5.
Best of luck,
dmak
