I am an attorney from CT. Grew up playing all major sports. I'd like to think that those experiences, combined with some intellectual skills, give me an edge from a handicapping standpoint. We'll see. ;-)
It's my belief that the most difficult thing about handicapping is to remain disciplined and accept that many games out there are just too close to call. The challenge is to be selective, which is hard at times, because it can be fun to play.
Like many - the teams I know best are my personal fan favorites. But unlike many, I will not bet against them, though I could share my thoughts with those who would. I know Notre Dame football extremely well, and I know the Dodgers in baseball.
