    Depositing into a sportsbook

I have been having problems depositing into sportsbook.com.  I took a withdrawal in April and in May (I like to start my account new every month) but this month my card is rejected and money is not the problem.  Anyone else having a similar problem?  Can anyone suggest a different online sportsbook that will accept Mastercard easily?

CFB Bowl Season (Top Plays) 2-1 +2.9 units/ 6 units wagered. Ended the season with a 4 week undefeated WAC streak.

    CBB: 28-16 +12.3 units
    MLB 2010: 4-1 +1.52 units

MLB 09: 10 game winning streak all under -130

I had the same problem and just had to call my credit card company. It was taken care of in about 15 minutes.

Don't know about mastercards but VISA has been working great.

Gotta be in it to win it!

try bodog,  also sometimes a card is rejected because of the bank it's drawn on, is it one of the banks that feds are all over?

It helps with money management so you dont have that urge to bet more than you are supposed to.  It is also a way to challenge myself to get my acct back up.  I did also make many times more than my initial deposits both months.

     dfresh --

To what name does the charge go?  If you try to charge to an organization offshore called sportsbook.com that could be the problem.  The feds have ordered the banks to stop payments to offshore sportsbooks.  The banks can claim ignorance in many cases, but not if you try to charge to Sportsbook.com.

    Stew--

What sportsbook were you sending money to and what did you tell your credit company that got the problem solved?

One of the paths of least resistence is a VISA gift card. Make sure it's the one that is good for INTERNATIONAL use but since it's a debit card it should go through without any problems.

I had no problems with BetUs.  I have used Visa gift cards in the past with online poker sites.
