The Las Vegas Hilton NFL Super Contest is the epitome of  handicapping contests! If you will, the Super Bowl or World Series of Poker for sports gambling. The winner of the Super Contest can expect to cash $250,000! If we bring home the prize, Pregame.com will distribute 50% of the prize pool to the team! This year's team with be led by the "original" himself, Hizz Honor. Hizz was part of my first Hilton Team when we tied for first and cashed $100,000+!

The second member of the team will be the winner of the NFL Preseason Challenge- A Pregame.com Contest. This contest will be starting with the first NFLX game and end at the conclusion of the NFL Preseason. *In progress!

The third member of the team will be chosen by the folks here at Pregame. We will be posting a "Why I should be on the Pregame.com Hilton Super Contest" thread where you will tell us why you should be on the team. This could be anything from past NFL history to you having an amazing track record in handicapping contests. You tell us and we will decide. *Starting Now!

The 4th member of our team will be picked directly from the forum BY the forum. You heard right. We will have a thread where the forum posters will choose a member amongst their peers to represent them in the contest. *this will be coming in the next week!

The 5th and final member will be the forum itself. Matty or myself will post the slate of games in poll fashion and the top pick from the forum will become the 5th pick each week for the Pregame.com team. In the event of a win or any cash, we will use the portion of the money from the 5th member to throw a party for the forum in Las Vegas!

I think it's great that you are giving forum members this opportunity,  and there are certainly a half-dozen very good NFL cappers among us.    I don't think I would want the burden that goes along with carrying the Pregame flag though...  it's one thing making a bad pick and losing my money,  but if I made the team and had 3 bad weeks in a row,   I'd be letting everyone in the community down,  and probably taking a lot of heat in the meantime.    I'll still post my opinions in the forum picks post though.

    Last year I won a 42"  Sharp  LCD TV picking NFL games throughout the regular season,  and I'll  try to repeat that performance this year.   Best of luck to everyone here involved in the Hilton contest.
