Ok, just getting around to hitting the Forum here as it is only fair to answer the masses. Whether it's coming in here to talk about winning or losing games or just making key comments or just addressing others comments, this Forum is a great place to do all that.
I have zero excuses for my Game of the Year on the Vikings over my favorite team fro 4 decades, the Colts. Since Unitas was the QB when I was a kid, to Bert Jones and Roger Carr, to Peyton to Harrison & the Peyton to Reggie Wayne and then finally Peyton to Denver I've followed the Horseshoe. I like Andrew Luck a lot but when he got his bell rung a few weeks back and missed a game due to Concussion Protocol I noticed some changes in his demeanor last week in the home loss to the Texans. There were several times Luck seemed to have open space to run for key first downs but instead elected to try and fit balls into tight windows. I thought I would see that same type game on Sunday at Minnesota. I did not. Luck and the Colts team could not have played a more perfect game on both sides of the ball.
Couple that with the Vikings playing their worst home game in forever and you had the makings of a Blow-out that I was on the wrong side of at the worst possible time. I thought my capping angle was solid but I Blew it.....I never saw that coming...blindsided and pummeled. I had hit 17 of the last 22 NFL plays on my board and that's what made it worse. When people see you are hot, they assume your Game of the Year will hit and I don't blame them. I just want to apologize to those that lost their hard earned $$ on that play....I will give out some FREE NFL plays this week to try and make up for it. Because Pregame guarantees these GOY's - You don't pay for play unless it wins....therefore I made no $$ for giving you a loser and that's the way it should be- Thank you all for following me and I look to bounce back this week.
