Basic Strategy in Week2 is to look towards taking any underdog that lost week1 playing a team that won Week1
The logic makes a great deal of sense. Most NFL coaches are looking to evaluate talent during the preseason, and I really think most would be fine going 2-2 or close to it. However, I don't think any Coach wants to go 0-4, so once a team drops its opener, I DO think that team has a little extra incentive to put up a win. Further, a team off a win now can relax and just evaluate talent.
Preseason Week3 is the dress rehearsal, and I think all coaches would like a strong effort in the 1st half of that game. I think Week2 is MUCH more about motivation and who wants to win, than actual talent.
Teams that qualify in the above angle are as follows:
403 Cin @Det
407 Chic @Ne
419 Car @Ten
427 N Orl @Hou
429 Sf @Den
431 Kc @La
I DO think you have to be careful, and avoid teams that simply don't care, and/or who have horrible QB rotations.
What do you guys think? Are you on any of these teams?
I can tell you I AM on at least some of these teams (but not all of them). Further, my two best bets Thursday in the NFL are on NFL TOTALS, and that is the package I have up right now. I dropped my total last week in the NFL, but I am still 25-5 playing totals since late May in all Men's sports, so we have been on a great run! Check out the package here:
