What goes up, must come down. We have heard that many times. However, in the playoffs the 9-0 SU Cleveland Cavs look more like a Rocket Ship than a Ferris Wheel Ride. The team is playing at an epic high level, with great spacing on the court, and continues to dominate. Teams that went 8-0 SU to start the playoffs were a horrible 1-4 ATS prior to last night.
The Cavs bucked that trend destroying Toronto. At 9-0 SU, the market now LOVES the Cavs. Game 2 sits at +12.5 in some locations, vs. the no2 seed Toronto, a team that all year long was just a few games behind the Cavs for the no1 seed! By contrast, the Cavs were -11 in games 1 and 2 vs. the No8 seed Detroit, and -7.5 in games 1 and 2 vs. the no4 seed Atl.
Question to the board, can the Cavs really be this good? Is Toronto that much worse than Atlanta? If we bet against the Cavs the rest of the way, will we make or lose money? I expect we will make money, but it's not easy stepping in front of the freight train......
On the handicapping front, we have a lot of action going,
1. NBA PLAY OF THE DAY: It's been choppy of late, but the one area we have been kicking butt with is our rock solid 2* selections, and I am on a 2* best bet on Gst/Okc tonight!
2. WNBA BEST BETS. 2-0 on the WNBA and I have two solid 2* best bets, including one where the sharps are starting to load up on my release. Jump in ASAP and get the best number, AND a bonus pick on the early game (Min-Chic 9:30 PST start time). WNBA annual package is UP!
3. NFL SUMMER SLAM package. This one is huge! Get EVERY summer release I make, in 3 areas I have always excelled in
i) Preseason NFL (we crushed it last year!)
ii) NFL week 1 (we typically get huge line value on our Week1 releases, not I do have a 2* on the Steelers -3 MNF which I released as a free play).
iii) NFL Season Wins plays
I am super excited about the upcoming WNBA and NFL seasons! Let's make it a VERY profitable summer!
