i understand the idea of storming the court in college basketball. I also think at times it is perfectly fine. That was not the case last night. Last's nights storming of the court was borderline pointless. It proved a few things IMO.
#1. Kansas St is a much better team, or are they ?
#2. Kansas St played the year with no intensity...fact
#3. People can get hurt
I understand when you win you want to celebrate the big accomplishment. Fact is kansas State had nothing to celebrate..They are going nowhere this year and they proved that as a whole..Crowd, players, coaches did nothing to win this year. The effort from Kansas State last night all around was amazing. You can't take that way from them, and they deserved to win the game. I don't believe they deserved to storm the court. They haven't won anything this this year at the end of the day.
Where was that intensity all year long. Kansas State could have gone somewhere. I guess you show up for one game a year and win and put everyone at risk after the process of winning a game.
The coaches and players were being crushed after the game, and i found it pointless.
Do you agree?
