Mark in Customer Service. He worked for RJ before there was even a Pregame. He does not get to be on radio, do videos or have his name plugged in articles. With Mark doing the daily grind of updates, email sends and the hardest part (Customer Service), it would be difficult for Pregame to exist without almost 10 years of him working 7 days a week making sure all the things that do not get attention are done.
