The Bears are getting killed 48-23 against the Patriots in the fourth quarter Sunday and Bears defensive end Lemarr Houston, who is being paid $35 million for five years, finally gets his first sack of the season.
Houston takes down Patriots backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. But instead of acting like a professional and being humble heading back to the huddle after doing what he's paid to do, Houston goes into some kind of moronic sack dance.
The result? A torn ACL. Houston is done for the season. Just like Stephen Tullouch of the Lions, who was injured the same way doing a stupid sack dance.
Don't these guys learn?
I can tell you first-hand from having grown up watching the Green Bay Packers of the 1960s under Vince Lombardi that Lombardi would have had these guys on the bus out of town first thing if they ever tried that under his watch especially if getting blown out.
