This could play a part in the Oakland/KC game

    ESPN.com:

The job of Oakland Raiders coach Lane Kiffin has come under fire again from the one person that matters, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

In late January, ESPN Senior NFL Analyst Chris Mortensen reported that Raiders owner Al Davis had drawn up a resignation letter for Kiffin a week into the year and asked the coach to quit.

Now, Davis is preparing to fire Kiffin as soon as Monday, regardless of how the visiting Raiders perform Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Mercury News has reported, citing several front-office sources.

    New York Jets

    • In the last meeting with New England, the Jets limited the Patriots to season lows in first downs (16), passing yards (134) and total offense (265).
    • The Jets are the first team to start four first-round draft picks on the offensive line since the 2002 Steelers.
    • Defense started a second-year player and a rookie at cornerback against Miami in Week 1 - holding Dolphins receivers to just six receptions and 62 yards.

    Arizona Cardinals

    • Arizona has scored 20+ points in nine games in a row - the longest current streak in the NFL.
    • In Kurt Warner's starts with 15+ attempts, his teams are 30-3 when he has a 100+ quarterback rating.

Thanks Paulie - Here's a few interesting trends to look over for Week 2:

    • The Pittsburgh Steelers have absolutely dominanted Cleveland recently and the Steelers are 9-0 ATS in their last nine road wins as a favorite - covering the spread by a lopsided 15 points.
    • The Indianapolis Colts may be in trouble following a home loss, as the team is 0-6 ATS following a home loss - failing to cover  the spread by 14 points.

    • New Orleans RB Deuce McAllister is active in Week 2.
    • Jacksonville Jaguars WR Jerry Porter is INACTIVE for Week 2 against the Bills.
    • ESPN's Rachel Nichols reports that the Giants plan to have QB Eli Manning exploit the deep ball against the St. Louis Rams.

Re: JEFF BONDS: 007 WEEK 2 NFL INSIDER REPORT + FORUMS TOTAL

Indianapolis is averaging four yards per pass attempt today - I'll mark it as a loss at halftime

Best of luck everyone - Can't wait for the afternoon games Yes
