this thread got me thinkin...didnt i request a check last month..so i went back and looked......i did on june 16th....and still havent got the email confirmation that it is being processed.....have the conformation they recieved the request but nothing else....then because of hearing all this i'm almost scared to deposit/cash the check once i get it............

I've been waiting for $400 since April 3rd, an absolute joke, I've cancelled it once and re-submitted  like they told me to.  THen I look today and see they've cancelled that one on their end!! No email or anything from them, I wouldn't have known if I hadn't looked. Awful customer service I and think they are screwing over customers, I'll never  do business with them again total BS.

So I emailed sportsbook a copy of the returned check they sent me and they credit my sportsbook account back with the amount I withdrew. Then they sent me an email letting me know they funded my account by this much and I could request a new withdrawal but they don't have a time from when it would be processed. Possibly 3 to 4 weeks is what they said. So I figured what the hell that is the only money I have in that account lets bet with it on my overs and see if I can run it up. Hit 4 of them tonight and ran my acct up. I hope I can win lots more by the time thay have their "processer" issue fixed and those bastards can send me a fat check!!!

That's exactly what I am doing, you don't want to give me my money now, you'll give me 3 times as much when your processor starts working again. Fuk em 

What a joke.  I put in a withdrawal from them on June 17th and never received an email from them regarding my withdrawal.  I emailed them yesterday and this was their response:

 Thank you for contacting us.
Unfortunately, due to increased security measures imposed on us by our new processors, we will be unable to process your pending withdrawal until we receive a copy of your valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) and utility bill verifying your name and address.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this additional requirement.
Once the documentation has been fully reviewed and approved, your withdrawal will be placed in a queue for processing and we hope to get your funds to you within 3-5 weeks.  Again, we are truly sorry for any delays caused by this procedure.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.

They are telling me that it is going to take a full 10 weeks to get my money out.  Sportsbook.com is absolutely horrible.
