I GENUINELY THANK You in advance for leaving Oregon State off this Top 40, as they are off all others, as usual.
It has been some sort of reverse Mo-Jo for Beavs over past several Years to be overlooked, underestimated, and otherwise written off.
It's actually understandable and acceptable too - to predict a 6-6, 7-5 season from a team that lost 3 of 4 LB's, no returning Tailback, ect, D-Line is 'suspect', too.
The TWO DEEP Chart - returning players with significant PT and successes is the hidden gem of this team.....and Moevau emergence in Spring FB - not gonna wow anyone with his arm or mobility, ect....such command of his troops though....i just gotta say, i haven't had this Darkhouse feeling in many years here....I'm too close to be objective, though.
More later....Sammy Stroughter is very very focused and outspoken, as is the Corners - anchored by Hughes - Spring practice was amazing - how much ground he and Payton, Lewis, they could be the best secondary that no one knows about...i was startled by the improvement and polished symmetry they played with----If beavers aren't in Top 5 in Nation in picks I'll be shocked.
I can't WAIT....headed to Central Penn in Sept 6 for BEAVERS at PENN ST....could be a bloodbath - could be a shocker....beavers slow starts have killed their seasons and potential for any type of nat'l Exposure last 1/2 doz years...
