Stats on game 4's where a team is down 3-0?  What I mean is I know that teams down 3-0 very rarely ever come back to win a series  but I would be interested to know the stats on when a team is down 3-0 how often they win game 4.  Even more specifically winning game 4 at home.  Both the stars and the flyers are down 3-0 facing a game 4 at home.  It may be helpful in figuring out which way to bet on these two games...

In the NHL history, when the visiting team has a 3-0 series lead, that team is 21-12 overall in game 4, and has gone on to win 32 out of 33 series.  That bodes well for both Det and Pitt over the next 2 nights.

Incidentally, if the team with the 3-0 lead plays game 4 as a Home team, the record is 76-40 in game 4, and 115-1 overall to win the series.

 that is great stuff Hitman.  One more quick question, any idea on the winning team winning by 2 goals or more?  I ask because detroit is -175 and the penguins are -180 to win.  both of them are now +165 if you take them -1.5.  Thanks again!
