That's great B!  Reason I ask, I too am a customer of BetJM.  I have an account for BetUS and BetJM.  Mainly because I like to use BetUS and their terrible lines against them.  I never tried withdrawing from neither yet.  BetJM by far is the best book.  I never heard about that loyalty program.  Looks like I'll be making a phone call tomorrow morning .  Thanks!
